initial discovery
The project always initiates with a discovery and inventory process, Sonic Interiors will match technology with customers needs and expectations. We engage and interview to ensure we build a spot on solution while educating clients with current technologies available. It’s our responsibility to the client to make sure technology, lifestyle and their budget are balanced. From mild to wild, we have customers on both sides and in between.
system design
Once complete with the goals, we design project function for each room or area. We study the drawings, a AV design is created including locations of hardware and details of prewire locations. Before the start of engineering, Sonic Interiors will discuss the plan summary with the client to review, any design changes will be made at this point. Once approved, we move onto system engineering.

Once the design details are approved, the Sonic Interiors team will transition the design into a documented work flow. From start to finish, we document all specifics in the cloud for the team which will be shared with the client upon completion. We call this the “Due Diligence”
implementation process
Once the final design is prepared, detailed and ready, we begin to install the low voltage wiring, tv back boxes and structured wiring enclosures. When its time for the hardware we will assemble all AV equipment in our office or at the job site depending on schedule and security. The job is only complete when the finished product is polished, refined and tested. The client is then trained. Upon completion of the system installation, all supporting documentation, videos of wiring, system credentials, cloud data and due diligence reports will be shared with the client.
System Support
When the project is finished, our clients will be provided with customer service instruction and will be offered a maintenance service contract for system security and system health. We offer a 12 month workmanship warranty.
